St. Therese’s school is a Christian English medium school Established in July 1986 and is governed by the catholic diocese of Gorakhpur Education society, registered under the society’s Registration Act XXI, 1860. The school is under the religious jurisdiction of the Catholic Bishop Of Gorakhpur. St. Therese’s School is affiliated to the council for the Indian school certificate Examinations, new Delhi. The school aims at the integral and harmonious development of the personality of every child, to make him/her committed to the service of god and of the nation, and to instill in him/her a spirit of compassion, unselfish service, dedication to duty, love for the fellowmen and thirst for excellence and wisdom. It will be our earnest effort to give equal importance to the moral development of the students. The motto of the school is “TO KNOW, TO LOVE AND TO SERVE.” Students are encouraged to maintain high ideals and strive for excellence in all fields and are assisted to inculcate in them the value of freedom and its judicious use, and respect for law and order. They are taught to abide by moral principles, and to extend selfless service to their country and fellowmen.
